Interested in attending our gathering?

    Your full Friday through Monday retreat fee covers all retreat programming, simple breakfasts and two evening meals, camping and all transportation while on Beaver Island. Your discount fee as an activist/progressive is a sliding scale amount of only $100-150 based on your means, if you register and pay in full before August 1st ($175 for registering after this date).  You need only arrive at the ferry dock in Charlevoix, Michigan on time and purchase your roundtrip ferry ticket there.  From the mainland, you and your gear will be transported to Beaver Island, where we will greet you at the St. James' dock.  We will arrange all transportation needs for you and your gear while on the island.  All participants should provide their own lunches, as well as their own camping gear.  We have a limited number of cots available on a “first come, first serve” basis, to campers who wish these. We also can direct you to some indoor options if you prefer this, just give us a call. After you register you will receive a mailed confirmation and an information packet two weeks prior to Labor Day containing ...

• a map of and more information on Beaver Island

   Sounds simple enough.  Next step is to phone Seamus at
 231.347.7957 to check availability of space.  If Seamus confirms there is space for you to attend, he can hold it for up to five days.  The final preparation steps are -ONE- print-out and fill-out the registration agreement (link is below) -TWO- slip the agreement along with your deposit or full registration fee into a stamped envelope and mail it to Seamus the same day.
